Elegant Dermolite Uronic Cream is used for moisturizing and softening dry, cracked, calloused, rough and hardened skin of feet, hand or elbows (eczema, psoriasis, corns and callus) and some nail problems (ingrown nails). It contains Urea which is known as a keratolytic, increases moisture in the skin by softening/ dissolving the horny substance (keratin) holding the top layer of skin cells together. This effect helps the dead skin cells fall off and helps the skin keep more water in. It also contains lactic acid which hydrates, lightens and brightens the look of skin for those with discoloration. Hyaluronic Acid helps reduce the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles retaining moisture to the skin.
